I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY COMMISSION WITH NO REASON GIVEN.

I prefer to accept commissions through my Ko-Fi. We may discuss commission details elsewhere, but payment is preferred through Ko-Fi.

If Ko-Fi will not work (i.e., payment plan), I also accept Cashapp. My Cashapp tag will be provided when commission details are finalized and we are ready for payment.

I do NOT accept gift cards, in-app currency/items, Steam games, etc. as payment.

At least 50% of the total payment is expected up-front before I start working. _{(If paid through Cashapp)}

You are allowed to ask for progress reports, but if you ask too often and/or become rude/disrespectful about it, I may cancel the commission with no refund. _{(I will give a warning before cancelling)}

All commissions I take are subject to be added to my portfolio and posted publicly on social media. Please let me know if you want your commission kept private.

All commissions will contain a watermark. I will not provide one without a watermark. Removing the watermark will not be tolerated.

For drawings, expect a timeframe of up to 30 days for me to complete your commission. If I need an extension or to place the commission on hold I will let you know.

Due to the nature of animation, I cannot give an ETA on a commission of this type.

You are free to cancel your commission at any time and receive a refund.

If a final sketch has been approved, then you can only receive a partial refund of 50% of paid amount. _{(Not applicable to Tier 1 commissions)}

Failure to comply by these rules will result in the cancellation of your commission with NO REFUND and being added to my blacklist.
